Ingredients
1. Chill a nick & Nora or martini glass in the freezer.
2. Once frozen, splash a little dry vermouth into the glass, swirl to coat then discard any remaining vermouth.
3. Return the glass to the freezer.
4. In a shaker filled with ice, add the gin then shake vigorously till frosty.
5. Strain into the frozen glass then top with a twist of grapefruit skin.
