Inspiration
Deep in the Andes mountains, whirling condors soar through the valley. Crossing glaciers and rivers, following the rising slope of South America’s Seven Summit peak - Aconcagua. Towering over Argentinian wineries and farmland, this mountain may lull experienced climbers into a sense of ease, though it’s anything but easy.
Inspired by the region’s produce including apples and wine, the ‘Ahh-concagua Spritz’ evokes the well deserved rest and relaxation after a challenge. Ahh, put your feet up and sip on this.
Ingredients
1. In a large wine glass, lay the sliced green apple around the sides
2. Fill with ice. To a shaker, add ice, gin, sparkling wine and triple sec.
3. Shake then strain into the glass.
4. Top with soda water and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
