Wild, pure, dangerous, unpredictable - Denali is just that. Wolves and bears roam the icy foothills, snow bridges collapse underfoot, while treacherous storms brew with little to no warning. The physical demands made on climbers tackling this mountain are not to be taken lightly.
North America’s highest peak is also Alaska’s centrepiece, and the ‘No Denali about it’ lends inspiration from a classic Alaskan cocktail with a Wildfire twist. A bracing, surprising, yet rounded experience with green chartreuse and bitters that will have you considering your next big challenge.
Ingredients
1. To a shaker or glass filled with ice
2. Add the gin, chartreuse and bitters.
3. Stir well until ice-cool.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with an orange peel twist.
