Whirling, violent winds regularly buffer blizzards against the mountainous chain reaching between the Black and Caspian seas. The Pinnacle in this range, Mount Elbrus looms large as the highest peak in Europe.
Using cranberries, widely found throughout Russia, we’ve created the ‘Mount Elberry-us’, an modern update of an absolute staple - the G&T. Combined with a hint of pear, this might be your new favourite classic.
Ingredients
1. To a short bar glass filled with ice add the gin and cranberry juice,
2. Then top the glass with tonic water and a couple slices of pear.
